Schedule

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:45 pm-7:00 am (weekly shift begins Sunday at 10:45 pm and ends Friday at 7:00 am) Voluntary overtime available Shift differentials are provided

Sign?on Bonuses

$ 250 after 30 days of employment, $ 250 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 180 days of employment

What you will do

Set up and run extruders and blenders safely and efficiently Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities; confirm against work orders Document production information neatly and completely Troubleshoot processing issues and apply mechanical skills Operate forklifts properly and safely Maintain a clean, orderly work environment Work independently and collaborate with teammates as needed

What you'll bring (minimum)

Must be 18 years of age or older Basic math proficiency Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Attention to detail for number/lot/quantity verification Clear, legible documentation skills Safety?first mindset for yourself and others

Nice to have

Experience with blending operations Experience with extruder operations Strong troubleshooting capability Mechanical aptitude Leadership qualities Demonstrated safe fork truck operation

Physical demands

Lift up to 55 lbs Stand for prolonged periods Climb, bend, and stretch on a regular basis
