Summary of Job Duties: This position is responsible for delivery of the Foster Pride/Adopt Pride pre-service training curriculum, completion of the SAFE Home Study for prospective Foster/Adoptive families that complete this training or Triple P family education. This position has regular contact with DCFS and other public agencies, and community professionals. The Trainer is directly responsible to the Foster Parent Program Director or the Parenting Program Director- depending on funding and assigned tasks. This position requires extensive in-state travel and work outside normal office hours.
