Location: Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area (Jobs from Coral Gables to Fort Lauderdale)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Language: Bilingual English-Spanish preferred

Transportation: Must have own car (Gas/Mileage reimbursed)

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Hardscape Project Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial paver projects, including driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, and exterior hardscape work. This role is perfect for someone with field experience who understands paver installation, slopes/pitches, drainage considerations, and onsite coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and oversee daily field operations for paver and hardscape projects.

Ensure crews are working efficiently and projects stay on schedule.

Visit multiple job sites each day between Coral Gables & Fort Lauderdale.

Check measurements, elevations, pitches, and drainage to ensure proper installation.

Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any necessary updates.

Order materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure crews have what they need.

Conduct quality control checks throughout each project.

Handle punch lists and final walkthroughs before project completion.

Report daily progress to company leadership.

Qualifications



Previous experience in pavers, hardscaping, landscaping construction, or exterior residential projects.

Strong understanding of pitches, leveling, drainage, and installation standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects and crews at once.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Must have a reliable personal vehicle -- mileage and gas reimbursed.

Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
