Responsibilities:

Prospect homeowners through door knocking, networking, and referrals Present and close exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, insurance + retail) Manage customer relationships through the sales cycle
What We're Looking For:

Roofing sales experience (preferred) -- especially reps currently at other roofing companies looking for better opportunities General sales experience (considered) -- one of our top performers came from outside the industry Strong closer with competitive drive Self-motivated and people-focused
Compensation:

Minimum guaranteed starting pay + uncapped commissions (10%+ with experience) Limited-time only -- the most aggressive comp plan in the area
