Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized Hardscape (Pavers) Project Coordinator with field experience to supervise residential and commercial paver installation projects, including driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, and other exterior hardscape work.
This role requires someone who understands the installation process, slopes (pitches), leveling, drainage, and onsite crew coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily operations on paver and hardscape projects. Ensure crews work efficiently and projects stay on schedule. Visit multiple job sites each day between Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale. Verify measurements, elevations, slopes, and drainage to ensure proper installation. Communicate with clients regarding project progress, details, and any necessary updates. Order materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure crews have everything they need. Perform quality control checks during each phase of the project. Manage punch lists and conduct final walkthroughs before project completion. Report daily progress to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in pavers, hardscape, landscaping construction, or exterior residential projects. Strong understanding of slopes, leveling, drainage, and installation standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and several crews simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have a personal vehicle -- mileage and gas will be reimbursed. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
