What You Will Do:

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and proper control of transactions. Support service personnel in providing excellent service to Karl Customers. Serve as a liaison between customer and technician.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

Be highly motivated and goal-oriented Possess strong time management skills Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally Team oriented Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities Have a valid drivers license
