Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking Express Service Advisors to join our team! Our Service Advisors help our customers keep their vehicles on the road by scheduling preventative maintenance services, writing work orders, explaining vehicle needs and recommended maintenance, and keeping them informed throughout the service process. Successful candidates are committed to providing stellar customer service. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but have held previous roles in customer service, retail sales, or the hospitality industry. What We Offer:

• Ensure that every customer receives prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Assist customers by scheduling services, writing work orders, and advising of necessary service
• Provide estimates for needed repairs, obtain customer authorizations and collect payments
• Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
• Inform customers of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service
• Experience working as a service advisor/writer is a plus, but not required
• Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure and achieve sales goals
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

• Flexible availability \xe2\x80\x93 the service department is open Monday - Saturday
• Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and acceptable driving record
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
