Qualifications:
Prior customer service/sales experience required
Reliable, show's up ready to work
Knowledgeable on automotive products and industry
Outgoing personality, able to guide customer's on their needs
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manger
Assess customer needs by conducting vehicle walk around
Communicate with customer on what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete
Write accurate repair orders using ADP system
Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee
Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performed
Offer multi-point inspection
