Job Summary

We are finally in our new building. It is time, and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lane Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance, with a focus on tire service and alignment. The Express Service Technician performs basic service and light repairs on customer vehicles. Primary goals are safety, efficient performance of all service and repair tasks as defined in dealership processes and policies.

Key responsibilities:

Performs Express Lane services and light repairs on customer vehicles, in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards and requirements Conducts multipoint inspections on every vehicle to identify ethically needed parts and labor repairs Follows all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership and manufacturer policies and applicable laws and regulations General shop maintenance and cleaning. To include proper waste disposal of oil, cardboard, trash etc. Uses and maintains dealership-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition Documents inspection findings and service requirements clearly and accurately and communicate them Communicates proactively with associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work Quality-checks his/her work Basic knowledge of automotive technology and related tools/equipment Certified Factory training credentials Strong customer service focus Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking ability Valid driver's license Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
