Responsibilities
Efficiently deliver hot and cold food items from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and maintain smooth operations.
Clear and reset tables promptly by bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold hygiene standards.
Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle guest transactions smoothly.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate timely service and address any special requests or dietary needs.
Support banquet service by setting up stations, delivering food during events, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
Maintain knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation practices to ensure guest safety at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
Experience with food preparation, bussing, or cooking is advantageous; hotel or culinary experience can enhance your candidacy.
