Food Runner / Expo

to join our team. We are looking for someone who understands how to manage an expo line and can work confidently as the connection between the kitchen and the dining room.

Position: Food Runner / Expo

Location: Pakwan Indian Restaurant & Bar, 3604 Austin Bluffs Pkwy, #140, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Schedule: Full-time or part-time available

Key Responsibilities

Manage the expo station and coordinate communication between the kitchen and service staff Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are accurate, properly presented, and timely Pack takeout orders with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate clearly with customers when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace Work efficiently during high-volume periods and stay calm under pressure Support servers and kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

Previous restaurant or expo experience strongly preferred Basic knowledge of food running and kitchen-to-floor coordination Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift moderate weight and move quickly when needed
