Experienced Expo - Fast-Paced, High-Volume Southern Kitchen
Greer Southern Table is looking for an experienced, high-level Expo to join our fast-paced and extremely busy kitchen team. Our Expo is the heartbeat of the line -- the communicator, the organizer, and the standard-setter who ensures every plate leaving the kitchen meets our quality, timing, and presentation standards.
What You'll Do:
Manage the pass with precision, urgency, and calm
Communicate clearly with both FOH and BOH
Maintain quality control and plate accuracy
Ensure ticket times stay tight during high-volume service
Keep organization, cleanliness, and flow at the pass
Support a culture of integrity, teamwork, and hospitality
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of Expo experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Ability to stay organized, focused, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and leadership skills
A passion for excellence and consistency
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
