Job Description
Hapa Sushi in Boulder (Pearl St.) is currently hiring for Expo.
The
Expo coordinates and communicates all orders between the FOH and BOH
as well as between the kitchen and the sushi bar. The ideal candidate will haveexcellent communication, organization, be detail oriented and strive under pressure.
You will be running food when necessary so you must presentable for the FOH. We have an extensive sushi menu as well as great hot food and you will be required to learn every ingredient in every menu item.Must have weekend availability.
At least one year of Expo experience required.
