Job Description
We are a thriving small animal hospital in the Washington Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Denver Animal Hospital is an independently owned practice that provides routine , urgent, and specialty patient care. We partner with board certified veterinarians to provide our patients with a variety of services including oncology, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation, cardiology, anesthesiology, radiography, and specialty surgeries.

CSR qualifications and duties include but are not limited to:
Previous experience as a CSR in Veterinary Medicine is required*
Outstanding customer service skills Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records. Above and beyond phone etiquette Process payments and manage medical collections efficiently. Ability to multi-task . Excellent communication skills. Provide basic information on pet care, vaccinations, and treatments to clients. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality animal care. Other in clinic responsibilities as assigned

Pay: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
