This position is responsible for diagnosing, inspecting & repairing vehicles.

Specialty tools are provided within the shop, however, interested technicians should expect to come on day one ready to perform with their own tools.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

• Receive repair orders and perform work in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform needed repairs that are on repair order.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Advise Service Consultant immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within time promised.
• Document work performed.
• Attend factory training programs and video and/or internet training in-house.
• Road test vehicles to check work performed and state mileage-in/out on repair orders.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work station, pick up rags and other debris.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required
• Two years of experience in a dealership position, preferred
• Must have ASE certification or be able to acquire it within four years of employment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Possess good reading and writing comprehension

All offers of employment contingent on background check (7-years) and non-DOT pre-employment drug screening.
Per Montana state law, employment subject to 1-year probationary period.
