Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced tower technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in field service, with expertise in telecommunications . This role involves working on-site to install, maintain, and troubleshoot various communication systems, including 4G/LTE and 5G networks.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and systems in the field. Assist with the installation and upgrade of 5G and 4G/LTE networks Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Tower Technician Ability to climb towers and work at heights of 400ft+ for extended periods of time Ability to travel

100% of the time

for 4-5 week rotations year round Ability to work outside, in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Good attendance Basic mechanical abilities with hand tools and simple power tools Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $56,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
