We're expanding our culinary team and looking for a passionate Thai cuisine Chef to help us elevate our guests' dining experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Thai Chef who has deep knowledge of traditional Thai cuisine, from curries and stir-fries to street-style favorites. The ideal candidate will take pride in crafting dishes that reflect authentic Thai flavors while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. Develop and refine recipes for seasonal specials and menu updates. Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times. Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Supervise and train kitchen staff on Thai cooking techniques and standards. Monitor inventory and coordinate with management for ordering and cost control.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Thai cuisine (restaurant or hotel). Strong understanding of Thai ingredients, flavor balance, and regional dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Food Safety Certification preferred. Passion for authentic Thai food and a commitment to excellence.
