Pay depends on experience. Hours will vary and include evenings, weekends, and early mornings. On call 24/7 and potential for overtime during the winter months. November through March when it snows. Flexible schedule if needed.

Atlantic Lawn Care and Landscape is a residential and commercial maintenance company servicing the Brunswick area. We focus on year round property maintenance and snow removal.

Requirements Snow Plow Operators

MUST have previous commercial plowing experience ( 3 year minimum) MUST have a clean, valid driver's license (7 year minimum) MUST be eager to do physical work outside MUST be able to lift and carry 50 pounds Work in/or around situations near direct automotive traffic Able to work extended shifts when required Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day

Responsibilities

Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, driveways, and parking lots efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance checks on snow removal machinery to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety regulations while driving and operating heavy equipment. Respond promptly to snow removal requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts and maintain clear communication. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
