We're looking for skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our lively front-of-house team! In this role, you'll be the face of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring each guest leaves with a great impression. Your ability to communicate clearly, navigate the menu confidently, and handle multiple tables with ease will be key to your success in this fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to create an outstanding guest experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders, provide menu guidance, and offer thoughtful recommendations tailored to guest preferences or dietary needs. Input orders correctly into the POS system and ensure they're delivered quickly and correctly. Stay up-to-date on all menu offerings to answer questions and make informed suggestions. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and efficient service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to any issues or special requests. Support the team by helping refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain a tidy dining area. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment. Promote menu specials and suggest pairings to elevate the dining experience and drive sales.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience serving in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting. Solid understanding of food and beverage offerings, including dietary and allergen awareness. Familiarity with POS systems (experience with Toast POS is a plus). Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask efficiently and stay organized under pressure. Professional, team-oriented, and dependable. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
