Job Description

Ember Wood Fired Grill is located in the heart of downtown Dover, NH. We are all about serving (and enjoying!) quality food and beverages. Currently we're looking for individuals that are outgoing, friendly, and reliable to add to our front of house team. Our staff is expected to work together efficiently, communicate with each other as well as the guests, answer questions about the food and beverages, assist with all forms of customer service and duties around the restaurant. Our main goal here at Ember is to create a memorable dining experience for every guest that comes through our doors.

General responsibilities include:

Greeting and seating guests Make guests feel welcome and accommodated Having strong menu knowledge of both food and beverage Accurately take orders Anticipate the needs of guests Make suggestions in regard to food and wine pairing Busing/resetting tables Daily side work and shift preparation (stocking, roll-ups, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years experience. TEAMS certified is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $250.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
