We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and proficiency with various POS systems. The Server will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring food safety standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nights and weekends

Skills

Proven experience as a Server in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to upsell menu items effectively through suggestive selling techniques Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience with food industry operations including food handling, preparation support, and guest relations Knowledge of the hospitality environment including nightclub or catering experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting
