The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 105 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting*, Threading, Permanent Makeup* and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests\xe2\x80\x99 natural lashes. We are looking for experienced/trained Lash Technicians to join us. What does it mean to join our team?

Our ideal Lash Artist has at least 1-2 years experience and:

• Enjoys working with people/colleagues
• Work 36-40 hours per week is mandatory
• Can be trusted to work independently and potentially become a leader/client reference
• Meet time constraints and Lash Artist franchise requirements
• Understands and advocates the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions
• Ability to work when customer requests are high; Work when demand is high
• Is highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license.

Required Skills of a Lash Technician:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Technician required. Preferred 1+ years with hand-made volume fans.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings; especially Sundays
• Must complete all Lash Lounge Training regardless of experience
• Customer service focused
• Prepared requests for availability to service clientele
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
