As a Security Officer - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations center, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Grave: 2200 to 0600: Friday to Tuesday.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Dispatcher

Provide excellent customer service to our clients. Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site. Respond quickly to critical situations. You provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests. You would also screen people upon exiting. You provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, and by foot. You will be providing appropriate badges at the facility. You answer Phones and communicate with Patrol Officers to cover areas and assignments in need. You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports. You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards. You are proficient in working with electronics, computers, radios, and advanced CCTV systems. You can handle various temperatures throughout the inside and outside the property. You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures. You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less.

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Dispatcher

You are able to walk, sit, stand, and handle any weather conditions throughout your shift. You can multitask and work well under pressure. You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements. You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. You have at least 2 years security experience, with 1 year in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement. You have at least 1 year of top-flight dispatch operations. You have a valid PILB in hand. You have a HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree. You have superior computer and electronic skills. You have outstanding people skills. You can handle various temperatures that can range from cold, to hot and humid inside. You have, or can obtain, CPR/AED certification within 1 week of an offer. You have or can obtain the Gaming License within the first two weeks of an offer. You can pass an extensive screening process. You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
