full-time Roving Leasing Associate

to join our team. While working in this property management role, you play a pivotal role in making this belief a reality for our residents. Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm

Roving Territory: Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Enumclaw, Olympia

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or equivalent is required Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Computer literacy required Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable

As a Leasing Associate, your day is marked by warmly welcoming visitors, matching them with their ideal apartments, and explaining community policies. Throughout the day, you engage with prospective and current residents, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied. Your role as an ambassador for the community involves showcasing amenities and creating a positive living experience. At the end of the day, you take pride in assisting people in finding their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.
