- Realtor Job Responsibilities

As a licensed Real Estate Agent at Sellstate, you'll guide clients through every step of buying and selling homes across the Kansas City metro. Your day-to-day will include:

Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Negotiating contracts and closing deals with confidence Hosting

open houses and property showings

to attract qualified buyers Creating and maintaining MLS listings and marketing properties online Conducting market analysis to price homes competitively Coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to ensure smooth closings Managing all real estate paperwork and compliance with state/federal laws
- Realtor Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Active Missouri Real Estate License

(Kansas license a plus) Strong negotiation and sales skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of

real estate contracts, forms, and regulations

Marketing and social media skills to promote listings Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and transactions Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
