About the Role

We're looking for an

experienced Behavior Technician

to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals in our clinic under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping others and eager to build their skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior and skill development programs Work directly with children in a clinic setting to support communication, social, and daily living skills Accurately collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical team members, and families Maintain a positive, professional, and ethical approach to care

Qualifications

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (required) Familiarity with ABA principles (preferred) Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Willingness to complete RBT training and certification (company support available)
