What We're Looking For:

Powersports Technician experience required

Previous dealership experience preferred

Hands-on experience with Side-by-Sides, ATVs and motorcycles is a must

Formal Powersports Technician training

or certification strongly preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to deliver quality work

Job Responsibilities:

Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, and Side-by-Sides Diagnose issues using the latest tools and equipment Complete all work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards Test components, systems, and vehicles to ensure proper performance Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs or updates Follow manufacturer warranty and repair guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Powersports Technician Strong background in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair Proficient in reading and interpreting service manuals and electronic diagnostics Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Valid driver's license and clean driving record
