:

As a part-time Sales Associate, you will oversee in-store sales operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will also include packaging products, maintaining store cleanliness, and conducting regular inventory checks.

Responsibilities:

Provide a positive impression on customers with an energetic, outgoing, and genuine attitude. Approach customers confidently and engage in friendly conversations. Maintain store cleanliness and organization of products. Restock merchandise and assist in inventory management. Memorize product details to provide accurate information and recommendations. Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Open and close the store as needed. Gain and apply knowledge of jewelry and clothing products to assist customers.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience. Jewelry experience is a plus. Outgoing personality, comfortable approaching and talking with customers. Strong memorization skills to learn product details quickly. Ability to multitask effectively. Strong organizational skills. Positive mindset, good common sense, and attentiveness. Passion for fashion, with preference given to candidates studying or having a background in fashion-related fields. Interest in long-term growth: starting as a part-time associate but open to future opportunities in full-time roles such as fashion design, marketing, or broader brand development. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
