About the Role:
Clean Cut Painters is hiring a full-time Experienced Painter with strong leadership skills to manage crews, uphold five-star quality, and drive project success. If you're someone who takes pride in clean prep, sharp finishes, and leading by example--we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a crew of painters to stay on schedule and budget
Set daily goals, assign tasks, and maintain project momentum
Perform and uphold high-quality prep and finish standards
Communicate clearly with clients and office staff
Coach junior painters to improve skills and ensure safety
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Pay & Perks:
$24-$40/hr based on experience
Weekly performance + five-star review bonuses

Annual raises tied to performance

Full-time, year-round
Onsite in Bozeman, MT | Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
3+ years of professional painting experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Clean background
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
