Embrace Orthodontics is looking for a dependable, positive, and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our supportive, drama-free team

Full-time schedule (30-35 hours):

Wednesday-Friday x2 Saturdays a month Schedule is subject to change

What we're looking for:

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Good with kids and passionate about patient care Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Open to feedback and growth Willing to travel between offices for full time position

Key responsibilities:

Sterilizing instruments & maintaining clean work areas Taking patient records: scans, X-rays, impressions, photos Making retainers & restocking supplies Setting up & cleaning operatories Chairside assisting (bonding brackets, changing wires) Educating patients on hygiene and appliance care Charting procedures Willingness to travel between offices as needed for full time
