Part-Time Mover - $20/hr + Quarterly Bonus ($3,000 Potential)

The Day-to-Day:

Safely and efficiently

load and unload furniture

and other items onto trucks Handle and secure items with care to prevent damage Transport items to designated locations using proper driving techniques Follow established routes and schedules for

on-time delivery

Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and teammates Operate moving equipment such as dollies and hand trucks Be available for

flexible shifts

shifts are offered weekly based on demand Occasionally

travel for long-distance moves

when needed
Requirements:

Prior experience as a mover or in a labor-intensive role is

preferred

Familiarity with box trucks, commercial driving, or route delivery is a

plus

Ability to

lift up to 100 lbs

and work physically for extended hours Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude A valid

driver's license

and clean driving record (for driver roles)
Compensation & Bonuses:

$20/hour

starting pay (based on experience)

Weekly direct deposit

every Friday

Quarterly Bonus: Up to $3,000

for: Responding to 95% of shift offers within 2 hours Accepting at least 6 sourced moves through light community outreach Having no more than 3 declines per month Receiving 4.5+ average customer ratings Maintaining perfect punctuality and attendance
Light Outreach (To Help You Earn Your Bonus):

Distribute brochures at apartments, storage units, supply stores Hang branded door-hangers in nearby neighborhoods Ask happy customers for referrals after each move Post flyers on local bulletin boards (churches, coffee shops, laundromats) Hand out flyers at local events you already attend
