Responsibilities:
- Accompany healthcare providers during patient encounters and document medical information in real-time or have notes completed by end of day
- Prepare and organize patient medical records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans into the chart / note

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, particularly in the field of ER
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately transcribe medical information
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) system PCC and Gherimed
