Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
Respond promptly to guest-reported maintenance issues
Handle basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
Perform light HVAC servicing (replace air filters, diagnose minor issues)
Conduct preventive pest control measures
Maintain landscaping (mowing, trimming, and general upkeep)
Paint, patch, and perform light carpentry or repair tasks as needed
Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards
