Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN: PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND HVAC.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on building systems and equipment
- Perform troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions promptly
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and low-voltage electrical systems
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with tenants and staff
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in industrial mechanics is a plus
