Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage / Electrical Technician to join our growing team.
You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems in commercial settings.

What You'll Do

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Security Alarm systems Run, terminate, and label Cat6 and Coaxial cabling Perform testing, inspections, and maintenance on new and existing systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer manuals Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Done Right Electric on client sites

Required Skills

Experience installing, troubleshooting, and testing: Access Control systems CCTV systems (Digital & Analog) Fire Alarm systems Security Alarm systems Ability to read and interpret installation manuals Familiarity with commercial job site safety practices

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience with the following brands is a plus:
Altronix, Axis, Bosch, Digital Watchdog, DSC, Hanwha, Honeywell, Securitron, Silent Knight, Vivotek

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in low voltage or electrical system installation Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
