This position requires both customer service and kennel experience in a doggy daycare and boarding facility setting.

Circle B Bed 'n Biscuits is a veterinarian owned and operated luxury pet resort located in booming Katy, TX. We offer boarding, doggie day care, and grooming services. Everything we do is focused on the health, happiness, and comfort of the pets in our care.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Kennel Tech at BNB is responsible for providing comfort and care for the pets in our care. For this position, techs will be cross-trained to provide support at the front desk, alongside the Lead Techs. Daily activities include feeding, watering, exercising, kennel and facility cleaning, yard supervision, socialization activities, bathing, etc. A few things a tech will primarily be responsible for:

Direct care of dogs in our care for boarding, grooming, and doggy daycare. Temperament testing for Doggy Daycare, and overseeing play yards for doggy daycare outdoors Cleanliness of the facility Assisting clients by checking in/out pets, answering phones, and scheduling reservations for boarding, daycare, and grooming appointments Ensuring vaccine records are up to date Record keeping & other duties as assigned
We're looking for both full time and part time positions. Schedules rotate weekly with opening and closing shifts.

Holidays and Weekend shifts are mandatory.

Pay is commensurate with experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Minimum 1 year experience in Doggy Daycare Minimum 1 year customer service experience, and Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends

andholidays Must be able to work between 32-40 hours per week Reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Excellent Written and verbal skills High School Diploma/GED

Preferred:

Gingr Software Veterinary setting experience is definite bonus Social Media Certified Veterinary Assistant ABKA Certified Pet 1st Aid

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
