Job Description

Kid's Lane is looking for experienced teachers. Toddler teachers would be responsible for 8 children 12-36 months old. Toddler classrooms are also staffed with an assistant teacher in each room.

Experience working in a NAEYC Accredited program preferred. Applicants must be interested in supporting our mission to provide a nurturing, educational, and secure environment for young children.

Teacher Responsibilities include:

Supervises and educates 8-10 children Works cooperatively with all staff Maintains Office of Early Childhood and NAEYC standards Provides effective classroom management Communicates daily with parents Interacts with children in a respectful, supportive manner Plans and implements curriculum and classroom activities Prepares and conducts parent/teacher conferences Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, and punctuality 40 hour work week Pay is commensurate to skill/qualifications

Teacher Qualifications include:

Teachers must hold a BA/BS in ECE or a related field with at least 12 ECE credits

Must be 18 years or older Experience working in a NAEYC Accredited program preferred Must have reliable transportation
