Be the Voice of Our Business!

Answer inbound calls with energy and professionalism--turn inquiries into happy customers!

Engage with potential customers on social media, responding to messages and comments.

Follow up with leads, build relationships, and close the deal with confidence.

Deliver a 5-Star Customer Experience!

Guide customers through the process, making sure they feel heard and cared for.

Explain our services in a way that makes people say, "Wow, that's exactly what I need!"

Create and send service agreements, follow up on inquiries, and ensure a smooth onboarding.

Be a Networking & Social Media Rockstar!

Attend community events and networking meetups to spread the word about our family business.

Help create engaging social media content that's fun, informative, and true to our brand.

Brainstorm ways to make customers feel special, from thank-you notes to loyalty perks.
