We're looking for a motivated and experienced

Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our team. This key leadership role helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support housekeeping staff with daily room assignments and task completion. Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with brand standards. Assist the General Manager with scheduling, timekeeping, and supply management. Step in to clean guest rooms or public spaces when needed to support the team. Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver consistent quality and excellent guest service. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor supply inventory and request orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping supervisory experience

in a hotel or hospitality setting (required). Willingness and ability to perform hands-on cleaning duties when necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills; experience with housekeeping or property management software is a plus. English required; bilingual skills are a plus.
