We are an award-winning restaurant, and we are looking for an experienced host/hostess.
The host is responsible for greeting guests and manage guest expectations, seating customers at pre-assigned seating, managing wait list, and assisting servers where possible. Qualified hosts/hostesses are hospitality-focused with a guest-first attitude, while demonstrate the ability to work as a team with fellow team members. Ability to multi-task and follow directions is essential. Hosts/Hostesses should be able to properly communicate to guests and fellow co-workers with a positive, polite attitude. Prior experience with fine dining restaurant environment is required, and OpenTable knowledge is a plus.
Prior experience is required - this is not an entry-level position, and we will not consider anyone without prior experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
