Overview:

Davidson Ford is seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team in Watertown, NY. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and Ford systems. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.

Flat Rate Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Ford Certified Master Technicians
Paid Ford Factory Training and Certifications
No Saturdays - Monday through Friday schedule

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and advanced repairs on Ford vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
Communicate repair recommendations with advisors and customers
Maintain detailed records of work performed
Stay up to date on Ford repair standards and vehicle technology

Qualifications:

-------------------


Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience
Ford Certification preferred
Transmission and/or EV experience is a plus
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
