Job Overview
Fine Lines Construction is a leading construction firm specializing in high-end residential construction. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure all project phases run smoothly, adhering to budget, schedule and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closeout Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and selections and maintain timelines Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met Manage procurement process, including bid evaluations, vendor selection based on qualifications, experience, and costs Conduct OAC meeting to facilitate communication, address challenges and meet project objectives Provide leadership and guidance to the project team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines Experience in project management within the construction industry Knowledge of Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Procore is a plus Ability to work well as a team member and adapt to changing project needs
