Position Overview
We're looking for a
CNC Programmer
who can develop, optimize, and support CNC programs for production and R&D parts.
You'll program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes, improve manufacturing efficiency, and help bring innovative new products to life.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit
CNC programs
, tooling, and fixtures for all manufactured parts
Optimize programs to reduce
setup time, cycle time, and labor
Work closely with
engineering and production
to improve machining processes
Support
R&D prototyping, first articles, and new product fitments
Set up, program, and run parts on
5-axis vertical mills, horizontal mills, and live-tooling lathes
Maintain
high quality standards
through inspection, troubleshooting, and corrective action
Help drive
scrap reduction
and
continuous improvement
initiatives
Assist production with process and tooling improvements
Maintain a
safe, clean, and organized
workspace
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Minimum
4 years of combined CNC machining and CAM programming experience
Skilled in programming
3-, 4-, 5-axis machines and lathes
Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or Autodesk CAM
programming experience required
SolidWorks
or other CAD experience required
Knowledge of
Renishaw probing macros and subroutines
preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
Strong computer proficiency

25 lbs or more

during machining and setups
