11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00/ 4:00 p.m. every Saturday.

Our five-doctor small animal clinic in the beautiful Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC, is looking for a full-time member of our customer service team. You would join a team of 30+ full- and part-time employees with over four years of experience. Many team members have been with our company for over ten years.
Our front desk team, support staff, and doctors work closely together, enjoying a fun, respectful working environment where every voice is valued. All of our staff are integral to the growth and success of our business. We are looking for candidates who are creative, independent, big-picture thinkers.
Duties include scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing invoices, maintaining patient records, and general office work. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to provide excellent customer service. You must be able to work as part of a team. We prefer candidates with a love of animals or an interest in the veterinary field.

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of veterinary reception experience or whose education includes courses in veterinary medicine (animal science major). Experience with Cornerstone is preferred.
We use Cornerstone for our practice management software and our lab's most up-to-date Idexx analyzers. Radiographs are taken on Idexx's newest digital software.
