We\'re hiring frame-to-finish Carpenters with 5+ years of experience in the trades and all the usual tools. We are currently looking to fill openings on our crew starting in August 2023, and have year-round work contracted into 2025. We offer excellent pay and benefits, including health insurance, retirement, and generous paid time off.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. All employees receive paid vacations, holidays, health insurance, a retirement contribution, a tool allowance, and professional education. And we all appreciate having a healthy work/life balance. This is a full-time job, not a 1099 position.

What we ask
You should be a good communicator, comfortable working collaboratively and committed to treating everyone in the company and our customers with respect. And no matter your role, you\'re expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and proactively solve problems. Our office is based in Peaks Island, Maine, a 15-minute ferry ride from downtown Portland, and you must be able to travel to job sites in the greater Portland area.
