The Role

We're looking for a

Custom Woodworking Craftsman

-- someone who thrives in a clean, organized, and takes ownership of their work, can manage their time wisely, and thrives with autonomy.

You'll play a vital role in transforming raw material into finished cabinetry and components that carry the Trailblazer name.

What You'll Do

Custom Woodworking Glue-ups:

Table and panel glue-ups from start to finish -- square, flat, and seamless.

Milling Mastery:

Confident with jointers, planers, and saws to create true, consistent stock.

Router Work:

Proficient with plunge, palm, and router tables for shaping and joinery.

Cold-Press Laminate Layups:

Fabricate laminate countertops and panels with precision.

Custom Inserts:

Build specialty components like wine racks, folding stations, trash pullouts, and organizers.

Lighting Integration:

Apply basic knowledge of LED setups for undercabinet or integrated lighting systems.

Joinery Techniques:

Experienced with lamellos, biscuits, and dominos -- using the right tool for the right job.

Frameless Cabinet Assembly:

Build and assemble premium European-style cabinetry.

Quality Control:

Review cut sheets, confirm packing lists, and uphold shop standards.

Deliveries:

Safely operate trucks, trailers, and box trucks for deliveries or on-site support.

Preferred Experience:

3+ years in custom cabinetry, woodworking, or millwork Familiarity with frameless cabinet construction and woodworking machinery Valid driver's license (for deliveries)

Mon-Thu:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Fri:

7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Overtime opportunity depending on workload 11am-4pm)

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
