Olea, the newest restaurant and lounge in Monmouth County, is preparing to open and we're looking for an experienced, fast, and reliable
Busser
to join our opening team.
As a busser, you'll play a key role in keeping the dining room running smoothly. You'll support servers, maintain clean and organized tables, and help ensure every guest enjoys an elevated and seamless experience at Olea.
What you'll do:
Clear and reset tables quickly, neatly, and professionally.
Assist servers with water service, bread service, and overall table upkeep.
Keep service stations stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift.
Support the food runners and servers during busy service periods.
Remove used plates, glassware, and utensils efficiently and with care.
Maintain a clean dining room, lounge, and surrounding areas at all times.
Communicate with servers and managers to keep the floor flowing smoothly.
What we're looking for:
Previous bussing or support role experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and guest-first mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Solid communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
Reliable, organized, and comfortable staying calm during busy service.
