Weekends REQUIRED!! Hiring for closers & weekends and some mid shifts!

LOOKING FOR A BUBBLY , ENERGETIC, and OUTGOING ATTITUDE!

Must have a flexible schedule and able to work BOTH WEEKEND SHIFTS.

SHIFTS ARE 12pm-6pm mostly. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WORK DURING THIS TIMEFRAME.

This is a tip based job so your hourly rate will depend on your level of customer service.

We are looking for a Barista with a passion for coffee and the ability to deliver excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking, can work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional communication skills. The best individual for this position has prior experience working in the food service industry and has a strong desire to become a leader in the specialty coffee industry. Barista experience preferred (1+ years is what we prefer)

Requirement:

Duties:

Greet customers as they drive up Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages Give Customers drink suggestion from menu and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details (preferences of coffee blend, dairy , and sugar ratios) Prepare beverages following recipes. Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries, and muffins Process Payments (cash and credit cards) Stock low items and inventory Report any maintenance needs Comply with all health and safety regulations. Keep the stand clean Communicate with manager about daily needs, scheduling, customer feedback, and menu recommendations
Requirements:

-Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress preferred

-Valid food handlers permit

-Valid drivers license

-Problem-solving

-Flexibility to work various shifts

-Basic math skills

-Self starter

-Ability to remember customers drinks

-Knowledge of sanitation regulations

-Hands-on experience with espresso equipment

-Ability to gauge customers' preferences

-Excellent communication skills

-High school diploma

-Relevant training preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.66 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
