Seaview GMC

is seeking an

Experienced Automotive Sales Representative

with

a minimum of 2 years of auto sales experience,

and a strong desire to

lead and inspire a high-performing sales team

What You'll Do:

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and confidence Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and financing options Support team members and contribute to a positive, results-driven culture Demonstrate leadership qualities with a goal of progressing into a team lead role

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of proven automotive sales experience

Passion for customer service and sales Strong communication and negotiation skills High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset A desire and readiness to move into a

team leadership role

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
