What You'll Do

As a key member of our service team, you'll ensure every vehicle on our lot and in our shop is operating at peak performance. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain multiple makes and models using advanced tools in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 ASE Certifications (A1-A9, G1, L7)

5+ years automotive experience

Multi-brand repair experience preferred

Comfortable working with multiple web-based applications to support daily job duties

Reconditioning Technician Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently

Complete detailed vehicle inspections and clearly communicate findings

Perform routine maintenance including brakes, fluids, tires, and safety checks

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and repair equipment

Support service advisors with precise repair recommendations and timelines

Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and organization in the shop

Stay current with new automotive technologies and repair techniques

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Acceptable motor vehicle record

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality in repairs
